The most unforgettable activity in my life is the debate which took place in the summer vocation last year. My opponents were from another school and we debated over the topic whether the world EXPO should be more international or cultural. I was for the opinion that it should be more international. All of the participants shifted to deliver their speech and we were all preoccupied in the debate. We all illustrated our points of view clearly by words. Finally, my team won the debate.
Before the debate, my friends and I accessed a lot of information about the EXPO in order to prepare for the debate, through which I learned more about the world EXPO and expanded my knowledge. Thanks to this debate, I became more confident to deliver a speech before a large audience and I gained the skill to put my views into others’ needs. Above all, what made this experience the most unforgettable one was that I established friendship with my opponents after the debate.
This experience made me grow and offered me the chance to set aside text books for a while so that I can live my precious school life to its fullest.

I learned a lesson from this contest. A leader must not only have the duty to prepare well and encourage the team, but she also should consider all the details and the unexpected things previously. The lesson I learned from the contest is memorable and precious.
